I go to this Tropical Smoothie Cafe location all the time, in fact, I was just here yesterday. Unfortunately, my experience today was extremely disappointing. They tend to put way too much buffalo sauce on the Buffalo Chicken Wrap, so I asked if the buffalo sauce could be put on the side so I could add the amount I wanted. I was not greeted by the young lady at the window, and when I started my order, she told me they were “out of cups” and couldn’t put the buffalo sauce on the side. I’m assuming she meant they were out of the small containers normally used for sauces. I asked if the sauce could simply be put into a regular small smoothie cup, just trying to find a reasonable alternative. She then told me they were completely out of cups. I asked, “Even for smoothies?” and she said yes. I find it very hard to believe that a smoothie shop was completely out of cups. At that point, it felt less like a supply issue and more like the staff simply did not want to accommodate a reasonable customer request. Logan and Nadia were great in customer service. They were polite and they communicated well. Logan took our order with one of the best attitudes and Nadia made the heck out of my smoothie. Kole made our food to perfection.

I paid more than $10 for a pb bowl that was absolutely terrible. Not to mention, the service was mid and my order was even worse. It was a hot day and I had a hankering for something cold. Not only did I get a luke warm pb bowl, but it was thick and its consistency was disgusting! I took one bite and angrily tossed it in the garbage. All I wanted was a high-protein, yummy bowl and got the opposite. Not to mention the service smh. Money wasted :(

I come here about once a week and get the same thing every time and it’s usually perfect. I always ask for extra pesto but not any less chicken when i picked it up it felt like there was no chicken at all :( was very disappointed since this is one of my favorite meals i had to add some extra meat from my fridge.

I like having a chicken quesadilla and a smoothie when I go to tropical. But I may stop coming to this location bc they can’t seem to read. Last week I order my usual, get back to work bc my lunch is only so long and find that my ‘chicken quesadilla’ has no chicken! So I call and they say they’ll get with a manager to refund me the dilla. Great! Right? Except that never happened and when I tried calling again no answer. Also I customize the cheese and they barely get that right. So if you go here. Check your food. Or go to a different location. The one on battleground always gets me right.
